The Eato application currently features an integrated log export functionality. Please follow these steps to export your data:
1. Navigate to your Profile page
2. Tap "Settings" in the upper right corner
3. Scroll down to locate "Export food log"
4. Select the desired time period for export
5. Execute the export process
Please note: The current version supports data export for up to 30 days of historical records.
