The steps are as follows:
1. Open the app
2. Click the "profile" option in the bottom menu bar
3. At the top of the page, click the "Log in" button
4. Choose a login method:
- Register and log in directly using your email address
- Or log in directly with a third-party account (Google, Apple ID, etc.)
